Child Friendly Solutions' products are guaranteed for a period of 12 months from date of purchase, against defects in workmanship and materials, but not for damage during transit (see Delivery section for what to do for transit damage).
Kindly retain your purchase receipt as this receipt will need to be presented if replacement is required.
Child Friendly Solutions will replace all defective products, but where a product includes a number of accessories, only the defective accessory, or an equivalent accessory, will be replaced.
If replacement is required, return the product and the purchase receipt to your sales representative or contact head office.
The guarantee naturally does not cover misuse, negligent handling or normal wear and tear.
